Spent Thanksgiving weekend in a hotel that exceeded our expectations. Loved the complementary chocolates and water bottles that the housekeeping staff left in our room each day. the hotel was located in a vibrant area, close to key shopping malls and restaurants, making it a perfect location for us. the on, site gym was well, equipped and offered us a great workout experience.
That the hotel's Wi, Fi was not free, which was a bit unexpected. the check, in process was slower than we expected, and the staff seemed a bit unresponsive.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Kocatepe mosque. The breakfast buffet was fresh and there was something for everyone. Had a deluxe room on the 8th floor with a beautiful view. Except for the dirty windows in the big one of a shop window, they were not that nice

Excellent location near popular shopping street and craft beer bar. Spacious room with electric blackout curtains. Magnificent bathroom, although hot water could be better. Good breakfast with wide variety of choices.

Very modern furnishings, you immediately feel comfortable. Hotel is centrally located, breakfast is varied.
The window panes were unfortunately not clean, the air conditioning was too loud, it was quite annoying when sleeping.

A venerable 1960s hotel centrally located in Ankara so that many restaurants and malls are within walking distance. Very nice and helpful staff - thanks to Mahmut from reception.
The rooms are ok, some a bit worn out. I find the juicy surcharge extra charge for a late check out inadequate. . Half an hour before the end of the day, the breakfast buffet was over and was not refilled when asked, so come a little earlier.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The rooms were so cozy and well-decorated, it felt like being at home. The breakfast spread was delicious and we even got to try the local cuisine. The location was very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. What I loved the most was the indoor pool - perfect for swimming and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The room service was a bit slow and it took a long time for our drinks to arrive. , the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room was a bit too warm, which made it difficult to sleep.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the city center and across from the Turkish parliament. The staff was super nice and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds and jacuzzis offering great views of the city, just like in the photos on their website. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options at high quality.
Everything was ok and met my expectations.

The Rixos Grand is very modern and offers a full range of amenities. The staff were professional and helpful and the location was convenient for my needs. I felt completely safe in and around the area of the hotel.
There are two restaurants in the hotel - surprisingly, they both use the same menu. I would have preferred a more extensive selection.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city center, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a quality hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable, with rooms exactly as shown in the website photos and a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast provided was of high quality, with a wide range of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the great views of the city from the breakfast area.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing to fault.

they knoked my door at 10:00 in the morning to ask of my needs. I would tell them if I needed something. For me the purpose was to wake me up for the check out at 12. That was not so polite. In addition to that, the check-in time was 13:00 but I was able to settle like 14:30. I had a coffe and a water in the lobby while I was waiting and they came up to my room to show me the bill. That was also not fitting for o hotel like rixos.
